Biodiesel

Biodiesel is made through a chemical process which converts oils and fats of natural origin into fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). Compared with the traditional petrochemical energy, biodiesel has low sulfur and aromatics content, high flash point, high cetane number, good lubricity, and can be used as a substitute for petrochemical diesel fuel.Biodiesel is intended to be used as a replacement for petroleum diesel fuel.

Biodiesel can be used as fuel directly or can be blended with petroleum diesel fuel in any proportion.
