Crystallization technology in palm oil refining is mainly used for the separation and purification of oil in the specific high-value components such as oleic acid, linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids, crystallization technology is mainly have two kinds：low-temperature crystallization and urea package.

 

Filtering process ( It is diaphragm filter)

Diaphragm filter used the filter box is the diaphragm box, that is, in the membrane press frame is covered with a very soft membrane, the diaphragm is fixed in the diaphragm box, through the hydraulic device filter cloth to press.

Diaphragm filter size, structure, the plate and frame filter press is composed of multiple filter plate and filter box arranged on the filter plate alternately.

Since the 1990s, people began to use diaphragm filter press, it can be efficient separation of grease, and has been very widely used.
